Amongst the crowd of accommodation buildings that are gracing Wade Lane beside the Merrion Centre, you may have spotted our logo on two of the buildings between Havana Residence and Q One Residence. We are now ready to reveal our big plans for our newest luxury rental apartments in Leeds!
We are currently in the process of renovating two buildings, formerly known as Belgrave House and Warwick House to join the Oasis family under the names Athena Residence and Valletta Residence. The Oasis-level luxury will continue with state-of-the-art design, high-quality apartments, sociable communal areas and of course, a professional concierge service.
A distinguishing feature, which makes these buildings stand out from others, is the selection of 3-bedroom apartments. But the array of accommodation types doesn’t end there, as Athena and Valletta Residence offer studios one- and two-bedroom apartments as well. All of which are en-suite and of an uncompromising level of luxury.
All 120 apartments will be fully furnished, with high grade furniture, fixtures and appliances to reflect the style of living across the Oasis family. This includes double and king-sized beds, rotating TVs and marble style tiled shower rooms with waterfall shower heads – to name a few.
Location-wise, the apartments are in the ideal city centre location – just a short walk from the city centre and both of Leeds’s main universities. Steps from the door is the Merrion Centre, known for its array of eateries, shops and entertainment. Fancy some live music? Leeds’s First Direct Arena is within touching distance too!
Now that we’ve got you excited, we think it’s about time we share the details! These projects are to be completed early 2020 and are open to both students and professionals, working and studying in the area. Interested?
