Here we have it! After months of keeping this one quiet – we are pleased to spread the news that we have a new residence opening in the sought-after University area for next academic year. Keep reading for a sneak peek into what Ribbon Residence is set to look like and how to book a viewing to secure your spot for 2019/20.
This office building is currently being completely redeveloped to bring you 37 studio apartments and 8 one-bedroom apartments; which are in demand in the popular Clarendon Road area. The building will be home to a modern entrance with a postal area, which opens up the building to the brand-new apartments set across 5 floors.
Each apartment is designed with both students and professionals in mind, with everything from the luxuries of a comfortable double bed and a flat screen television to the practicalities such as a study area and plenty of storage. For those apartments to the front of the building, they have the added bonus of the feature windows, ideal for watching the world go by.
Did we mention that the location is amazing? Living in Ribbon Residence means that whether you work in the city centre, or attend university at one of the city campuses you’re never going to be more than a 15-20-minute walk away, at an absolute maximum! You’re also not far from the independent cafés and shops around Great George Street and Woodhouse Lane.
But for now, enough of the talk – we know that you’re just here for the pictures…
In case you hadn’t guessed – these are computer generated, which does mean the flats may not be quite exactly the same as this, however our designers are pretty good at getting them close to the real thing!
We are now ready to take bookings for viewings in January! If you'd like to make an appointment to see the property or make a booking for its opening, just sign up to our email list in the bar below or visit the Ribbon Residence website.
