Leeds-based property management and lettings company YPP have released new detail and images from their latest residential development in the centre of Leeds. The development, which has been much documented already, is being built on the site of the former Walkabout pub on Cookridge Street.
The development, now named Oasis Residence, will house 96 self-contained studio apartments ranging from 27.4m2 to 34.8m2. Each apartment will be furnished with quality furniture and high-specification kitchens and bathrooms, with many enjoying views of the Leeds city centre skyline.
Oasis Residence will also boast excellent additional facilities such as; a fully-equipped on-site gym complete with cardio and weight machines; a private cinema room; study areas offering large spacious desks as well as private rooms; secure luggage storage for all residents; communal lounge areas complete with TVs, pool table and gaming pods as well as a grand reception and lobby area offering concierge service.
Omar Al-Nujaifi from YPP said: "We’re pleased with the progress of the build so far; we are on track to open in summer 2018 for the 208/19 academic year as planned. Seeing the latest CGIs really brings the interior designs to life; we feel the development will offer new levels of luxury and customer service for students and young professionals renting in Leeds”.
Chris Austin, managing director at Brewster Bye Architects, said: "In addition to this project, YPP also has a further residential development in the heart of the Financial Quarter on St Paul’s Street, Leeds. This smaller-scale development will complement the Company’s existing buildings in the region; Park Square Residence and Q Two Residence".
Oasis Residence is due for completion in Summer 2018 and 41 St Paul’s Street in Spring 2018. To view more information about Oasis Residence, click here.
